This cashmere is not only luxurious, but it is environmentally conscious.  Using both new and recycled Italian cashmere, the production uses less water and energy than standard practices.  It also gives the yarn more duability, making it less prone to pilling.

Our Eco Cashmere is the ultimate soft and sustainable yarn! This yarn is made out of 100% Italian Cashmere, a blend of recycled cashmere and virgin cashmere, and is incredibly light-weight. This 100% cashmere, fingering weight luxury yarn is an Earth-friendly mix of recycled and virgin cashmere.

Lofty and soft, the recycled content helps make this cashmere less pill-prone than others so your garments and accessories still look great after a winter of wear. Care: Spot clean, dry clean, or handwash gently in cool water. Gently squeeze, do not wring, to remove excess water. Reshape and lay flat to dry.
