Sandnes Garn Double Sunday PetiteKnit
Double Sunday is exactly what it is called - double the weight of the Sandnes Garn Sunday yarn. No need to double strand! Technically, it is a DK weight yarn, but it's on the heavier end of the spectrum, and could substitute for worsted in some patterns.
Sunday and Double Sunday are made with pure merino that is not superwash treated, yet is machine washable. The merino fibre comes from Uruguay, from sheep that have not been subjected to mulesing - this yarn is cruelty-free.
Double Sunday is a collaboration with Sandnes Garn and Mette Wendelboe Okkel - the Danish pattern designer behind PetiteKnit. This is reflected in the colour palette of warm, soft, neutral tones. Pattern support is available on PetiteKnit's Ravelry page.
